We hope you love your new instrument, but we realize it doesn't always work out. That's why we have a simple, hassle-free return policy.
Items purchased in our shop are eligible for a full refund within three days (72 hours) and store credit within 30 days.
Shipped items and online orders have a three-day trial period. During cold weather, the trial period is extended for an extra day to allow the instrument to warm up.
There are no restocking fees for returned items.
Returned items must be in original, brand new condition, showing no signs of wear or use. This includes buckle rash, pick scratches, scuffs, dings or scrapes.
The following are not eligible for refunds or returns:
- Purchases involving a trade
- Custom orders
- Layaway purchases
- International sales
How to Return Something
For in-store purchases, simply bring the item back in before the refund period expires.
To return a shipped item, call or email to let us know you'd like to start a return. After we approve the return, send the item back through UPS or FedEx. Returns must be insured for the full purchase price. Please provide us with tracking information once you have it.
After we receive your item and have a chance to inspect it, we'll refund the original purchase amount less our initial shipping costs.
